Legacy CAR-T hit a toxicity ceiling. We’re engineering the way out via logic-gated therapies that require multiple markers to activate. This shifts the focus from reactive symptom management to programmable immunity. Tuesday, Feb 3 | 9:00 AM MST 🔗 x.com/i/spaces/1ypJd…

Your abs recover faster, so you should train them every day. That's the logic. It sounds reasonable until you actually check whether the premise is true. The "train abs daily" belief rests on two assumptions: that core muscles are predominantly slow-twitch, and that slow-twitch fibers recover faster and therefore need higher frequency. There's something right about the second part. But the first part is where the reasoning starts to fall apart. So here's the question to ask: if you don't actually train your quads every day, why would you assume your abs need it? Autopsy data going back to the early 1990s shows that most core muscles are roughly 50/50 fast- and slow-twitch — almost identical to something like your vastus lateralis (your quads). The muscle you'd never dream of hammering seven days a week. And when you look at the actual literature, there's no evidence that the training principles for your abs should differ from those for your quads.

In a sense, yes. You need a very high dose of probably 15+mg (measured to verify with a quality scale) and honestly 18mg is probably enough and no need to go over 27 or so mg total. There seems to be no benefit but risks increase beyond that. Whether you experience non duality though has as much to do with your preparation as the dose. Being willing to let go completely, and actually doing it in the moment, are two different things. I just did it literally yesterday and was not able to let go completely and lose my sense of self and any semblance of an identity. My fear, was I was sensing it was more LOVE than I was able to handle, and I just wanted to stay in the realm of the living instead of whatever is beyond that... And I didn't go non dual. When I came to, I was offered another hit but I declined. Too scared. It's hard work man. Not a kids toy. It's a sacrement, for serious work. I did break through before though, and it changed my life for the better. I'll go back in in a few months, and be that much more experienced and prepared. You will not "rely" on your ego as much as it will fight against it with everything its got. YOU WILL have to make a choice at the inflection point. It's hard and you need to be ready and willing to surrender. Courage is required. You can do it, but it's hard.

My post about Bryan Johnson's 27mg 5-MeO-DMT livestream went viral last week. I pointed out that 27mg is massive relative to clinical research and that the broader facilitation landscape has a safety problem. I stand by that. But I've since learned something that added critical nuance to the picture. The Enfold Institute just published the protocol behind how that session was actually delivered. It's called the Leckie Protocol, and it's far more sophisticated than I realized. It's a dual-route method that combines intramuscular injection with vaporized inhalation in sequence. The IM dose goes first, followed immediately by the vaporized dose. Vaporization hits in seconds but metabolizes fast, while IM takes 3 to 5 minutes to onset and sustains for 30 to 45 minutes. By layering both, you get the full somatic release and ego dissolution from the vapor while the IM extends the session into a sustained therapeutic window that neither route can produce on its own. The dosing is also more precise than a single number suggests. The vaporized component typically ranges from 10 to 18mg freebase, and the IM component from 6 to 9mg freebase equivalent. These aren't guesses. They're calibrated individually based on a low-dose introductory session the day before, where facilitators observe each person's baseline sensitivity in real time. Body mass alone is not a reliable predictor with this molecule, meaning direct observation matters. This changes the picture for me: what looked like a reckless dose on a livestream was actually a carefully sequenced administration built on 650+ sessions of clinical observation. I could have done more homework before posting. My core point still holds. Most people sitting with 5-MeO facilitators don't have access to anything close to this level of rigor, and that gap is exactly the problem. But credit where it's due. The protocol itself is serious work. What standards should the field adopt to close that gap?

The new Automated Ball-Strike (ABS) system in Major League Baseball is the first time society is seeing machines immediately provide feedback on erroneous human judgement. Listen to the crowd's reaction. It is electric. A neutral, third-party machine playing referee between two human opinions in real-time. This is going to become much more prevalent over time. The robots are coming and they are going to make everything so much better.
Jeff Passan@JeffPassan

There are moments that offer a pretty good sense that something new is going to work. This feels like one for ABS. The Cincinnati crowd’s reaction was thunderous. And the situation itself — twice it salvaged a bases-loaded opportunity. This system plays.

@W1lliamWallets @PaulAustin3w Look up non-duality. There is an experience the user is having, and, if they can release the ego enough (ego death), then they experience the non-dual state ie: one with god.

People keep saying "DMT" like it's one thing. It's not. n,n-DMT: machine elves, alien architecture, a palace made of living geometry. You go somewhere and something is waiting. 5-MeO-DMT: white light. No entities. No visuals. No you. You don't go anywhere. You dissolve. One shows you the most complex thing a human brain can produce. The other erases the human entirely.

I predict peptides will change everything re public health discourse for health & disease. B/c they’re closer to medications (in many cases actual medications!) than supplements but they entered the picture in supplement-like fashion. HRT went the other direction. Get educated.
