What we are witnessing is deeply concerning. There are growing indications of a coordinated attempt to interfere with the democratic rights of the people of Bengal - with the BJP at the centre of it and the ECI seemingly looking the other way. People deserve to know what is happening to their votes. This isn’t a small issue- It goes to the very heart of free and fair elections. We are receiving credible reports from several districts that large numbers of Form 6 applications (New Voters) are being submitted in a questionable manner. These are not routine additions. There are serious concerns that many of these entries may be linked to individuals who have no real connection to Bengal—people who don’t live here, don’t work here and have no stake in the state. The video only adds to these concerns. It appears to show thousands of such forms being processed and stacked, raising valid questions about the scale and intent behind this exercise. We have seen similar concerns being raised in other states during elections. Bengal cannot be allowed to go down that path. Take a moment to watch this. Ask questions. Because this is not just about politics- it’s about protecting the integrity of our vote. This is the kind of “PARIBORTON” the BJP seeks to impose on Bengal. The Election Commission must answer.

উন্নয়নের চাকা যাতে অবিরাম গতিতে এগিয়ে চলে এবং আমার প্রাণপ্রিয় বাংলার প্রতিটি ঘরে ঘরে যেন খুশির আলো জ্বলে ওঠে, সেই লক্ষ্যেই চতুর্থবারের জন্য আমাদের সরকারের আগামী পাঁচ বছরের পথচলার পাথেয় হিসেবে আমি আমার ১০টি ‘প্রতিজ্ঞা’ আপনাদের চরণে সশ্রদ্ধচিত্তে পেশ করছি। বাংলার মা-বোনেদের স্বনির্ভর করতে আমি বদ্ধপরিকর। 'লক্ষ্মীর ভাণ্ডার' প্রকল্পে মাসিক আর্থিক সহায়তা আরও ৫০০ টাকা বৃদ্ধি করা হয়েছে। ফলে সাধারণ শ্রেণির মা-বোনেরা মাসে ১,৫০০ টাকা (বার্ষিক ১৮,০০০ টাকা) এবং তপশিলি জাতি ও তপশিলি জনজাতিভুক্ত মা-বোনেরা মাসে ১,৭০০ টাকা (বার্ষিক ২০,৪০০ টাকা) করে সরাসরি সহায়তা পেতে থাকবেন। আমাদের তরুণ প্রজন্মের ভবিষ্যতের জন্য আমি সবসময় পাশে আছি। 'বাংলার যুব-সাথী' প্রকল্পের মাধ্যমে রাজ্যের জীবিকাহীন যুবক-যুবতীদের মাসে ১,৫০০ টাকা (বার্ষিক ১৮,০০০ টাকা) করে আর্থিক সহায়তা প্রদান অব্যাহত রাখব। বাংলার অন্নদাতারা আমাদের গর্ব। কৃষক পরিবারগুলির সার্বিক কল্যাণ ও ভূমিহীন কৃষকদের কথা মাথায় রেখে আমি ৩০,০০০ কোটি টাকার এক বিশেষ ‘কৃষি বাজেট’ রূপায়ণের সংকল্প করছি, যা আমাদের কৃষি ব্যবস্থার সামগ্রিক উন্নয়ন ঘটাবে। বাংলার প্রতিটি পরিবারের মাথার ওপর থাকবে পাকা ছাদ। এছাড়া ঘরে ঘরে পরিস্রুত পানীয় জলের সংযোগ পৌঁছে দিতে আমি বদ্ধপরিকর। স্বাস্থ্য পরিষেবা এবার পৌঁছে যাবে আপনার ঘরের আঙিনায়। প্রতিটি ব্লক ও টাউনে প্রতি বছর আমার সরকার আয়োজন করবে 'দুয়ারে চিকিৎসা' শিবির, যাতে হাতের নাগালেই আপনারা পাবেন উন্নতমানের স্বাস্থ্য পরিষেবা। ভবিষ্যৎ প্রজন্মকে বিশ্বমানের শিক্ষায় শিক্ষিত করতে 'বাংলার শিক্ষায়তন' প্রকল্পের মাধ্যমে রাজ্যের সমস্ত সরকারি স্কুলের সামগ্রিক পরিকাঠামোগত উন্নয়ন করতে আমি বদ্ধপরিকর। আমি পূর্ব ভারতের বাণিজ্যের প্রাণকেন্দ্র হিসেবে বাংলাকে গড়ে তুলতে অঙ্গীকারবদ্ধ। বিশ্বমানের লজিস্টিকস, বন্দর, বাণিজ্যিক পরিকাঠামো এবং একটি অত্যাধুনিক গ্লোবাল ট্রেড সেন্টার তৈরির মাধ্যমে আমি বাংলাকে বিনিয়োগ ও ব্যবসার শ্রেষ্ঠ গন্তব্য করে তুলব। প্রবীণ নাগরিকদের সুরক্ষা আমার পবিত্র কর্তব্য। বর্তমান সকল উপভোক্তার জন্য নিরবচ্ছিন্ন বার্ধক্য ভাতার সহায়তা নিশ্চিত করার পাশাপাশি, ধীরে ধীরে এই ভাতার সুরক্ষা পরিধিকে আরও সম্প্রসারিত করে সকল যোগ্য প্রবীণ নাগরিককে এর আওতায় নিয়ে আসা হবে। এছাড়াও আমি প্রতিজ্ঞা করছি, সাধারণ মানুষের কাছে প্রশাসনকে আরও নিবিড়ভাবে পৌঁছে দিতে ৭টি নতুন জেলা তৈরি করব এবং সামগ্রিক ভৌগোলিক পুনর্গঠনের মাধ্যমে পৌরসভার সংখ্যা বৃদ্ধি করব। এই ১০টি ‘প্রতিজ্ঞা’ হবে আমার আগামী পাঁচ বছরের সুশাসনের মূল ভিত্তি এবং উন্নয়নের ধারা অব্যাহত রাখার পথচিত্র।

I humbly present my 10 ‘Protigya’ for Bengal, so that the wheels of development continue to move forward in the fourth term of my government. Under Lakshmir Bhandar, with an increase of ₹500, women will continue to receive monthly financial assistance of ₹1,500 for General category beneficiaries (₹18,000 annually) and ₹1,700 for SC/ST beneficiaries (₹20,400 annually). I will continue Banglar Yuba-Sathi, extending financial support of ₹1,500 per month (₹18,000 annually) to unemployed youth. I also commit to instituting a ₹30,000 crore Agri-Budget to ensure continued assistance to farm families, provide support to landless farmers, and enable holistic upgradation of the agricultural sector. I promise that every family in Bengal will have a pucca house, and every household will have access to piped drinking water. Additionally, my Government will organise annual Duare Chikitsa camps in every block and town to ensure effective doorstep delivery of healthcare. I will ensure the holistic infrastructural upgradation of all Government schools under Banglar Shikshayatan. I will work to make Bengal the gateway of trade for Eastern India, with world-class logistics, ports, trade infrastructure, and a state-of-the-art Global Trade Centre. I will strive to ensure uninterrupted Old Age Pension support for all existing beneficiaries, while gradually extending the safety net to all eligible senior citizens. I also promise to establish seven new districts and expand the number of Urban Local Bodies through a comprehensive geographical reorganisation. These 10 ‘Protigya’ will form the foundation of my governance and serve as the roadmap for the next five years.
