@WBrowne2014 There are pretty much no horses that run best at multiple exstremes of distances. Over 1m, nothing could beat Frankel. Versatility is less important than ability at a distance.

“Placing officers in the field faster” refers to the hiring pipeline moving quicker, not thousands of additional fully trained agents suddenly existing.
