@Cambs_Traffic @UKPowerNetworks Currently taking about an hour to move ~10 minutes walk along Brookfields turning onto Brooks Road. Traffic almost stationary. Some of the worst traffic I’ve ever seen in Cambridge. Abysmal road management with the temp lights whoever was in charge of that.

@jenmgshe Thanks! It’s nothing dramatic I just realised I don’t get much out of it any more, in proportion to the time on it. I used to find a lot of papers on Twitter and found it helpful for science; now it seems like my feed is mostly provocative tweets & people arguing with each other

@timricketts_ Epic is amazing. It is a shame the code is impenetrable and makes healthcare reliant on a private US company, for lots of reasons including financial. But even with that (big) caveat, I think still worth it.

Everyone complains (justifiably) about NHS IT systems, and how we use a different system for each trust and none of them talk to each other. Any SHO could tell you the pain of trying to get clinic letters from another trust. Why doesn’t every trust just use EPIC and link up?
