@LinskeyKaty @WMKleinMD I get a lot more vulvar biopsies from ob-gyns, and other non-derm primary care, that have a clinical history of "rash" so there's a little less differential guidance than we sometimes get from derms. Adds to the likelihood of a "non-specific dermatitis" diagnosis. #dermpathJC

I'm surprised non-specific vulvitis/dermatitis wasn't a more common dx. Find myself using that a lot after excluding LS, LSC, etc #dermpathjc
