Today, I officiated at the workshop on competition & consumer awareness laws by @CCC_COMESA Competition Commission. I also had a fruitful discussion with its Director, Dr. Willrad Mwemba. As our economy grows & now at $55b GDP, we need these laws to have fair competition.

The Competition Tribunal is pleased to welcome the Board of Commissioners of the COMESA Competition Commission @CCC_COMESA on a visit to the Tribunal from 23-25 May. The Board of Commissioners will observe today’s Tribunal proceedings as part of their visit.

The CCC will in collaboration with the Department of Forestry of Malawi be undertaking a tree planting exercise; to join hands with the Government of Malawi in contributing towards environmental sustainability.
