Don’t do pronouns, when discussing Tran issues, replace “trans” with “fake”, that way it makes sense.

Jason Arday: I am not a liar, says star academic accused of plagiarism The youngest ever black professor at Cambridge University claims allegations he is a fraud are cruel, racially motivated and do not account for his autism. "“It’s soul-destroying because I’ve done everything I can to try and do the best I can," said the besieged Cambridge professor Jason Arday. "And I’m not saying that I’m perfect and I never tried to present this fairytale narrative that I am." “I am accountable for the mistakes I’ve made. I hold myself accountable and other people should hold me accountable. We’re talking about academia here. I didn’t murder somebody. I think the cruelty that I’ve experienced and the positioning of me as this kind of liar and fantasist is totally unacceptable.” "He said his reputation had been maligned: 'I’m being portrayed to be a liar and a fantasist and an academic fraud.' He denied fabricating stories about marathon running and raising millions of pounds for charity, though he conceded he was part of a fundraising 'syndicate' rather than doing it all himself. Addressing his depiction as a one-man fundraising extraordinaire, Arday said 'I accept responsibility that I could have been really, really explicit' in correcting that narrative. "He attributed some errors in his early academic work to his autism, saying that his method of making sense of information relied heavily on mimicry. He argued that if anyone’s academic work had been subjected to as much scrutiny it would show similar errors. “'There has been, since I arrived at Cambridge, a very well orchestrated and co-ordinated campaign to unseat me from my position,' he claimed. 'The motive is racially motivated. I think there’s a reason why it’s me, and I do think that reason is aligned to ableism and racism.' "In a sign of the toxicity of the row, a journalist investigating the sceptics’ claims was reported to the police by Arday for alleged harassment. The Metropolitan Police investigated but closed the case. "The Good Law Project set up a petition in Arday’s favour. It has been signed, among others, by Zack Polanski, the Green Party leader; Sonita Alleyne, the master of Jesus College, Cambridge; and Lord Woolley of Woodford, the principal of Homerton College, Cambridge. "The university set up [a] panel, which cleared Arday, after complaints were received last year. Arday’s work contained passages that were identical or highly similar to the work of Paula Zwozdiak-Myers, a Brunel University student, published six years earlier. The statistical chances of Arday using the same words have since been calculated as one in 100 billion. "Although Arday did not dispute the allegations of plagiarism, he defended himself by saying he had received inadequate supervision and support, especially given his autism and 'complex learning disabilities'. :He said the panel should also consider 'insidious and relentless strategies' to remove black academics by discrediting their work 'under the guise of academic integrity.' "The panel concluded in March that the citation issues were a result of 'honest and reasonable error' and also detailed that the text overlap with Zwozdiak-Myers was 'well within the accepted range of compliance with the academic standards of the time.' "He said the papers were peer-reviewed but errors slipped through, and there had been big improvements in his work over time. 'At the stage I’m at now, if I write something, I can afford a proofreader,' he said. 'You’ll see there’s a very big difference between the work I wrote post-2021 and the work I’ve written up until now. My writing is a lot better, purely because I can afford a proofreader to read through everything I’ve done and sharpen up the language.' "He stood by his record of running 30 marathons in 35 days, 300 miles in three days on the treadmill and 600 miles in 12 days. He said that he did not raise all the money for charity but was part of a syndicate of about 100 people. "Asked why he did not correct the narrative, he said: 'Could I have ever guessed that somebody would literally comb through every single word I’ve ever said on that? There’s no way because I never, ever guessed I’d ever be in this position.'”

@AltamiraVT There isn’t a single ban on “trans” althletes. They can compete in open categories or in the category that aligns with their biological sex. That’s not a ban.

The reality is that whenever a trans-in-sports ban goes into effect, the c!s athletes notice zero change in their day-to-day life and the trans athletes have their entire lives upended. And yet somehow the focus is only ever on the feelings of the former.

Does anybody know of anybody who actually votes on these sympathy polls for the royals? Because even those who are actually signed up to You Gov claim they have had no polls survey for the royals. 😂 It keeps the stupid amongst us happy for a day.

@AltamiraVT There’s no such thing as a “trans” kid, kids who have issues with their sex need proper psychological help, not affirmation, social “transitioning, puberty blockers, cross sex hormones and definitely not surgery. Leave the kids alone and let them grow up.

@HelenWebberley Gender experts? Like those exposed in the WPATH leaks? Speaking of which, why has WPATH suppressed systematic reviews it itself commissioned from Johns Hopkins University? Surely if they were supportive WPATH would publish them. You’re a WPATH member, so tell us why.

To whoever is still treating the Cass Review as the final word on trans youth healthcare: it has been internationally discredited, its methodology forensically examined and found wanting, and its citation behaviour scrutinised in detail by gender experts across the world. It led to a ban that is causing documented, ongoing harm to children. That is its legacy. Not caution. Harm. 😤 helenwebberley.com/insights/cass-…

@CraigMurrayOrg But Craig, you told us the UN was going to declare Scotland a colony and insist on decolonisation. What happened that plan? Y’know the one you fleeced gullible Nats out of cash to pay for your all expenses paid jollies overseas? Surely that wasn’t all a big con?

London will never give Scotland Independence. They need our resources. Ultimately we must take Independence. This is how to do it. If this is too strong for you, then you don't really support Independence at all. You are just posturing. craigmurray.org.uk/archives/2026/…

Hang on ... 'Better Together' told Scots in 2014 that Scottish oil was 'gone' by 2019 and was almost worthless. Turns out we could be 'rich'. 'No' voters were sold a pup. It's time to rerun Scotland's right to self-determination.

You can hand a TERF a peer reviewed study published in Nature. You can give them the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism. You can show them forty years of neuroscience, genetics, embryology and endocrinology published by researchers at the world’s leading institutions. You can explain that the WHO, the American Medical Association and the Royal College of Psychiatrists all agree. They will still think their nazi invented opinion is superior to the evidence. That is not a position that came from reading the science and disagreeing with it. That is a position that came from somewhere else entirely and is now using the language of science as a costume. The Institut für Sexualwissenschaft in Berlin held decades of peer reviewed research on transgender people, gay people and sexual diversity. In 1933 it was one of the first things burned. Not because the research was wrong. Because the ideology had already decided on the conclusion and the research contradicted it. You cannot reason someone out of a position they did not reason themselves into. But you can make sure everyone watching knows the difference between an opinion and a fact. The facts are not on their side. Terfs are no better than the Nazi who attacked trans people before they did.

The Science They Don’t Want You to Know About Transgender People The genitals and the brain develop at different times in the womb. The genitals form between weeks six and twelve of pregnancy. The brain develops its sex characteristics separately, in the second half of pregnancy, under a different hormonal environment. Two separate processes. Two different timelines. When they produce different outcomes in the same person, you get a transgender person. This is not opinion. It is published embryology. It has been in peer reviewed scientific journals since 1995, including Nature, one of the most respected scientific journals on earth. Over 100 genetic associations with transgender identity have been documented. Brain structure differences are present before any medical treatment begins, which means they are developmental, not caused by transition. Twin studies confirm a genetic contribution. Girls exposed to higher androgens in the womb show significantly higher rates of gender nonconformity. Every major medical institution on earth, the WHO, the American Medical Association, the Royal College of Psychiatrists, recognises this as naturally occurring biological variation. Over 40 intersex variations exist. People born with XY chromosomes and fully female anatomy. People born with both genitalia. People whose chromosomes are neither XX nor XY. The binary is not a biological fact. It is a simplification that nature routinely ignores. The Hijra community of South Asia has been documented for over four thousand years. Two-Spirit people held recognised roles across hundreds of Indigenous nations. Gender diversity is recorded in ancient Sumer, Egypt, Mesopotamia, Greece, Rome and every continent on earth. Transgender people are not new. The science explaining why they exist is not new either. It just does not get reported the same way as the arguments about bathrooms. Now you know why trans people exist

@KirstiMiller30 I doubt there’s much truth in what you claim vis a vis performance, but it doesn’t matter, THEY’RE MEN! The female category in sports is based upon sex, ie females. Men are not female and “trans” women haven’t become a subset or mythical variety of women, THEY’RE MEN.

What we have here is not men competing against women. Trans women and girl athletes take drugs to limit their ability, it's the opposite of an athlete who takes (steroids) to be unfair. If you look at the actual results & research of trans women in sport it proves there is no advantage. There have been 13 Olympics that have allowed trans women to compete in the female category if they meet the hormonal and physical requirements of the trans sports policy. The results over 13 Olympic games suggests trans women massively underperform in elite womens sports. Since the IOC has created a rule for trans athletes to compete in 2003, over 81,000 people have become Olympians. Out of those 81,000 Olympians a total of 2 have been trans women & one came dead last the other came 37th out of 42. There isn’t a single trans or intersex woman dominating her sport. Even Caster Semenya, the most famous, & most successful, intersex woman athlete doesn’t “dominate” her sport. Caster has won a total of two Olympic golds medals & holds no world records.  By contrast, Katie Ledecky has won a total of 9 Olympic gold medals and has broken 19 world records since 2013. Why is Katie Ledecky treated like a marvel, and Caster Semenya and transgender women are treated like mutants? youtu.be/flSS1tjoxf0?si… youtu.be/B8CzqxhZk7I?si… What the science says? There currently exists no evidence to suggest that trans women who elect to suppress testosterone (through, for example, gender affirming hormone therapy and/or surgical gonad removal) maintain disproportionate advantages over c_swomen indefinitely. More specifically, current evidence suggests any physical performance advantages  trans women do not fall outside the range observed among XX women after 2 years of testosterone suppression. A recent meta-analysis, published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, combined results from 52 studies involving nearly 6,500 participants, including around 2,900 transgender women. Researchers examined key measures such as muscle strength, aerobic capacity, fat mass, and lean body mass. After one to three years of hormone therapy, transgender women showed comparable strength and endurance to c_sgender women when results were adjusted for height. Although slightly higher lean mass was observed, it did not translate into improved performance markers like maximal oxygen consumption. The findings challenge arguments used to justify blanket bans on transgender women and girls in sports. Scientists involved emphasise that athletic performance is shaped by many factors beyond biology, including training access, psychological stress, and discrimination. As global sports organisations, including the International Olympic Committee, consider stricter eligibility rules, this review provides some of the strongest evidence so far against claims of unavoidable physical advantage. There’s no reason to blanket ban trans women and girls from playing”: Analysis debunks notion that transgender women have inherent physical advantages in sports (Feb. 2026), based on research published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine. bjsm.bmj.com/content/60/3/1… transresearch.org.au/post/trans-wom…
