Smaller buses going up the hillsides is what is needed to reach residents that already live in WV, not new potential new ones.

@tweetsarehd @CraigCameronWV @nvchamber @BrentRichter @KCwvbc One big challenge is that WV has a relatively small but noisy and influential group of residents, @WVStakeholders, who are opposing transit and housing projects that’d address these issues.

A friend who lives in Surrey and commutes to #NorthVan told me she's about ready to find a new job closer to home. Too much time being spent in the car and not enough with her family. Who can blame her? I foresee this becoming one of the big issues of 2020.

@grahamamcisaac @raeannesteele The letters of which there were 200+ were firmly against this proposal for a few main reasons: -Traffic concerns and a lot of development already slated -Environmental concerns as this is a real clear cut and it will be made of real concrete -Lack of clear housing plan 4 #westvan

@raeannesteele West Vancouver did not approve of this development- 2,700 residents disapproved and delivered a petition to Council that was ignored. The Mayor and Council approved this and not the residents. We have a traffic emergency.

Updated #westvan development snapshot has WV locking in 10% population growth even if they shoot down ONNI’s new proposal for more rental units...the Evelyn development was sold at auction and I’m surprised this proposal has gone this far due to potential litigation 👇 #NorthVan
