The gross use of force and constitutional violations by ICE are not surprisingly the result of a rushed, insufficient and inadequate hiring and training program.
ICE agents are using excessive force far more than properly trained law enforcement officers.

An innocent young woman was brutally murdered in cold blood in Charlotte by a man with 14 PRIOR ARRESTS.
