@Wai_Liu Hi Wai, Base on this: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35179218/ I take LDN in the morning and in the evening I take CBD oil. I do this is 3 days on, 3 days off. On the "Off Days" I take the just LDN in the evening. But should I pulse the LDN more do you reckon ? (I have gastric cancer)

@GoodBackD Hello GB.co.uk, just checking you mean the combination of low dose naltrexone and cannabichromene? In short, there's scant data on using CBC alone in cancer; work has usually used it with other cannabinoids. Please DM me for more info.

@Wai_Liu Hi Dr Wai, Can I ask you a question about scheduling for LND & CBC for cancer ? Based on your work I take LDN 7 days a week and CBD 3 days a week, but should I mix it up a bit more ?

@Johnny70250027 Hi @Johnny7025027, although we presented in ar.iiarjournals.org/content/35/11/… the genes in GBM altered most by #CBD and #THC, to date there have been no studies that correlate the genetic background of GBM with their likelihood to respond to #cannabinoids. This is ongoing @StGeorgesUni

@Wai_Liu Has their been any research into what genetic expression/tumour mutation types benefit the most from cbd/thc for GBM?

I've been asked about #ketamine as a potential #anticancer agent seen in dailymail.co.uk/health/article… by @chlolouiseuk in @MailOnline The only dose that was #cytotoxic was 200x higher than the conc in blood when it is used as an #anaesthetic! Doses are clinically #irrelevant.

Further lab-based evidence of anticancer activity of #CBD in a model of #ovariancancer. Seen in the journal Gynecologic Oncology (sciencedirect.com/science/articl…). Possible improved action if combined with other treatments. Interestingly, dose of CBD is important.
