Some 12 years back,God gave me three prayers. The prayer for "Healing the Nations" was the first. The prayer for "God's People Everywhere" was the second, and the prayer for "Healing the Family Tree" was the third. The prayers are biblically-based and structured on the Orthodox Trisagion, plus the Jesus Prayer, which in this particular form includes prayer to the Father and the Holy Spirit, as well. I pray that God touches your heart as He touches mine through these powerful prayers. Prayer for Healing of the Nations Holy God, Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal, have mercy upon us and set the nations free from the power of the enemy, and bind us once again to Thee. Almighty God and Father have mercy on us, hear our prayer, forgive our sins, and heal our lands. Lord Jesus Christ have mercy on us, draw us to You, forgive our sins, and heal our lands. Gracious Holy Spirit have mercy on us, convict our hearts, forgive our sins, and heal our lands. Prayer for God's People Everywhere Holy God, Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal, have mercy upon us; set and keep Your people free from the grasp of the enemy, and bind us evermore to Thee. Almighty God and Father have mercy on us, hear our prayer, strengthen our faith, then guard us and guide us. Lord Jesus Christ have mercy on us, draw us to You, shepherd Your flock, then lead and keep us. Gracious Holy Spirit have mercy on us, console our hearts, ignite our love, then build and fill us. Prayer for Healing of the Family Tree Holy God, Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal, have mercy upon us and heal our family tree of all infirmity of body, soul, and spirit, as we reach out in faith to Thee. Almighty God and Father have mercy on us, hear our prayer, revive our hope...and heal us. Lord Jesus Christ have mercy on us, draw us to You, redeem our pasts'... and heal us. Gracious Holy Spirit have mercy on us, counsel our hearts, renew our minds...and heal us. The Lord also showed me an effective way to pray Bible verses back to Him, with something called a Trinity Chaplet. All scripture, nothing else, used to call out to God in praise, supplication, grief, intersession, thanksgiving - any reason for prayer, using God's own words. More to come on that at a future date.
