@maybedanielleee Anyone hauling out of Pharr this could happen too. I always felt loads I took out of there up to Burnaby for Zenith Transport were “packed” like this. The drug cartels moving shit don’t care if they get caught. They may even be set up as bait while larger shipments are diverted.
