@ShopifySupport I don’t think this is really account specific. I spoke to a support agent and they let me know it is an ongoing issue on Canada Posts systems side… so it is not specific to me, as you note.

@ShopifySupport can you tell me why Canada Post labels are not available at the moment?

@ShopifySupport I keep on getting this message that I cannot by Canada Post labels today.. I have bought 3 Canada Post labels, but then 60% of the time I try to buy a label for another order this message appears.

I then download the UPS app for Shopify and it does not import all my pending USA orders. I then go to UPS website to purchase labels and there is a “technical error” every day this week and I cannot purchase a label. This is not the modern era…

@harleyf @tobi @Shopify it is very puzzling to me as a merchant that I cannot use Shopify shipping to purchase UPS labels to USA customers on my Shopify store. But I can use Shopify Shipping to purchase UPS labels to Canadian customers. Not good, especially during the strike.
