The think about death is our mind will always try for an excuse why a mass shooting wont happen to us or our kids. Death remembrance is about the truth that it can. That’s why everyone should act. The threat to you and everyone you love is real.

The majority of apps don’t give a shit about you, they’re only trying to siphon off moments of your attention to sell ads against. This is why I turn off all push notifications except for from @calm, @dayoneapp and @WeCroakApp.

I restricted my @BleacherReport notifications to show only my teams, and this was the result. Give a media company a minute of your attention and they try to take your whole day 🧐
