These are non negotiable ceilings you do not breach, no matter how sure the setup feels. Before you click buy or sell, you have already ring fenced the exact liquidity for that single trade and the precise risk you are willing to lose on it. Period. Example: my daily cap, stop losses included, sits at 100 dollars. That number is sacred. I do not hunt for setups until I have already scripted the full battle plan. Entry on the order block or FVG, exit at the next liquidity pool or breaker, and a clear contingency if the market decides to raid the opposite side. No emotions, no maybe one more. Just cold, pre committed discipline. This is not some optional checklist. It is the non negotiable foundation of being a real SMC trader.
