@Wesmond Please see the INF188/6 here: gov.uk/government/pub… I must advise that the DVLA does not give cover to drive. The onus is on yourself to establish if you meet all of the criteria. You should seek legal advice if you feel it’s necessary. 2/2. -Ingrid.
