If a manufacturer is slapping new labels over old energy drink cans, that’s a direct hit to consumer trust and potentially dangerous as hell, especially when kids are involved. Energy drinks aren’t harmless sugar water — they’re loaded with caffeine and stimulants that can wreck a child’s heart rate, sleep, and health. This isn’t some harmless “oops.” This is deliberate deception. When companies pull this kind of crap, they don’t just deserve fines, they deserve to get obliterated in court. If this goes the legal route, it’s going to be ugly and expensive. Parents should be ripping labels and checking everything right now, because if one company’s doing it, odds are others might be too.

. @Ticketmaster have just been on hold for almost an hour at the Kendrick show because my ticket that I spent thousands of dollars on had already been scanned somehow. Ive now missed a giant majority of the show and have been told I can’t get a refund. The box office is closed and the Forum just stopped scanning tickets, so I can’t get in in any way now. At this point just want a refund of all of my tickets. Unreal that this could happen in the first place.
