Democrat gerrymandering schemes ghettoize black voters.
Instead of black voters being in multiple districts across a state (forcing politicians across the state to address their concerns) they are shoved into a single district so the rest of the state can ignore those concerns.
Democrat gerrymandering is racist, and hurts most of all the people it purports to help.
