Our strategy to safe running All of our runs are led by Welsh Athletics qualified leaders Our leaders have all undertaken WSA Covid awareness training Training sessions have limited numbers in attendance. All runners are required to book sessions in advance via our app

Wasps nest on the Taff Trail about 200yds south of Glantaf. Lots of stung, half naked people flapping about earlier 🐝🤪 @cardiffcouncil
