I built an AI Sales Agent that replaced my ENTIRE Sales team.
while I was asleep (and slightly hungover), it followed up with 86 leads and closed 4 deals.
$32,000 recovered from the graveyard of ghosted Gmail threads.
here’s what my n8n automation does:
– reads your past emails, call transcripts and CRM notes
– writes pain-based follow-ups in your voice
– sends 5-touch sequences per lead
– detects replies + stops the sequence instantly
– logs every message into one living sales thread
no more missed timing. no more “just checking in.”
it’s like giving every cold lead the attention of your best SDR on their best day — forever.
the workflow includes:
- Lead intelligence engine
- Behavioural profiling engine
- Self-writing sequences
- Autonomous reply handling
- Multi-angle personlization
if you’re tired of chasing ghosts… this one's for you.
this isn't just "automation".
it's your AUTONOMOUS REVENUE engine.
and you're getting it for free

this isn't some half-built demo
this is a production-ready SaaS you can launch this weekend

new pod is live
53 mins of @awilkinson dropping 6 cash-flowing startup ideas you might want to steal
1) Robot lawnmowers as a service. 6-12 months payback. Can also build an affiliate directory here.
2) Sleep apnea tech. Apple Watch just changed the game. 80% of cases are undiagnosed. Smells like opportunity.
3) Computer vision for mom & pop shops. Enterprise insights on a small biz budget.
4) Professional negotiators-for-hire. Because who actually enjoys haggling?
5) At-home sperm freezing. Less awkward, more convenient. Zero competition (for now)?
6) Community building as a service. Like a gym membership, but for your social life.

@ShipSmarter @prestomode @seanfrank @TaylorHoliday @mbertulli @couuor I agree with Cody, you should have room for savings with your Postage.
English

One Candle - Shipping should directionally be around $5 (+/- $0.20) per order including 3PL markup.
2-3 Candles - Shipping should be directionally around $8 (+/- $0.30) per order including 3PL markup.
For postage - assumptions made are that you want the cheapest possible service level and that you’re shipping from the US to the standard US DTC split of states. +/- amounts vary due to origin facility location and 3PL markup. Postage could be a bit lower than I indicated, I tried to err on the conservative side to give you a healthy benchmark.
Pick/pack is typically volume and SKU dependent, every 3PL has a different strategy on quoting this out. If it’s a big and bulky item, it’ll cost more because it’s more laborious. If it’s a low outbound volume store, it’ll cost more as it will tend to be treated fractionally by the labor force in the warehouse (workers doing pick/pack multiple brands per day, leads to less than optimal labor efficiency) and volume discounts are very much so a thing.
Hopefully this helps you 🫡
