I Japa at 40+ 🇳🇬 → 🇨🇦
If you’re 35, 40+, and planning to move to Canada🇨🇦, “I just want to relocate” is not a plan. Relocate to do what? If you’re planning to move to Canada, these are 5 sectors you should be researching before you pack your bags. Note that the job market is very tight right now, and many professionals Inland are not having it smooth! 1. Healthcare and Social Assistance. 2.Construction and Trades. 3.Transportation and Logistics. 4.Information and Digital Services. 5.Green Energy and Environmental work. Now pay attention carefully. These things take years, and you are building towards them; economic and employment metrics will be giving you lemons and lemonade. You must be ready to work patiently through the process and understand the timelines involved. I’m not saying it will work out for everyone, because it won’t. These jobs are not automatic, and nothing is guaranteed. But if you’re over 40 and planning relocation, moving without a clear direction is a risk you can’t afford. Pick a sector. Study the requirements. Learn the certifications. Understand how the system works. Don’t just choose Canada. Choose a direction. Because moving abroad without a plan is like boarding a flight with no destination, exciting at first, stressful halfway through, and expensive by the time reality lands. We’ve seen it happen too many times in immigrant communities: no structure, no research, no pathway… and people end up frustrated in a foreign land. Pick a path. That’s how you stop guessing.

I do not think this video is fair on those parents and children who actually live with disabilities. We have parents who this is their daily struggle and mocking it with such content is completely unfair to them. We also have disabled adults. Mocking them like this is so disrespectful to their struggles. Honestly, influencers should do better 🥹

Today, I picked up my nomination and expression of interest forms as I seek to return to the Nigerian Senate, continuing my efforts to provide effective and responsive representation for the people of Ogun East Senatorial District under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Actually, Humans shouldn't always stay at home, even if you have nothing to do. Because staying at home for too long makes the brain become dull and leads to overthinking. You'll have more negative emotions. Psychology calls this state mental rumination. Most of the time, people who stay at home long term are not physically lazy - but mentally exhausted. You increasingly do not want to go out or see people. Even going to the supermarket downstairs to buy a bottle of water feels troublesome. You start to get used to being in a daze alone, scrolling through your phone and staying up late. Then you repeatedly struggle with yourself in an empty room. You think you're resting. But in fact, you're quietly draining the vitality of life. Your brain needs stimulation. Movement. Connection. Without it, your thoughts turn inward and spiral. The longer you isolate, the harder it becomes to break the pattern.

No, this isn't yours. I saw it on LinkedIn too. It belongs to Allen Munaro from Zimbabwe. Why did you post it claiming it is yours?? You even covered the name??

@Qute_dentist @_Nursepreneur I understand but seeing as no one agreed to sell for me even outside the hospital, I had to let it go. I wasn't ready to use my child's life for an experiment. I went back later to see another doc and after narrating the incident plus the Dr's name, she told me he takes "stuff"🌚

@WhyAmIANigerian @_Nursepreneur I guess that's now a clinical truce, they shouldn't be arguing in front of a patient/patient's family. This could have been solved easily if both explained to each other cuz ma'am,there are cases that patients may be prescribed higher does for different reasons(for future cases).

Bolanle sells ready to wear♥️
Maybe this is a Nigerian thing. Where I work, if a pharmacist questions any prescription, we all stop to listen, more often than not, there is always something to adjust. Do you all realise that if something goes wrong with a patient, everyone involved will answer questions, the pharmacist who should have checked before dispensing, the Nurse who administered everyone. So why do Doctors on social media feel they can’t be questioned?????
Dr Scarface📍🩺@king_pearxe

A medical doctor will write out a prescription, and a pharmacist will refuse to give it. A medical doctor will write out tests and investigations, and a medical lab scientist will refuse to do it saying it's too many tests for one person. A nurse will come out and tell a neurosurgeon That hope it's not this brain he uses to cross the road. Once you're a medical doctor in Nigeria you're already in trouble

Blender - oxidation and heat (dull flavour) Cutting - preserves cell structure (intense and sharp heat) Mortar and pestle - crushes cells to release essential oils and utilizes the presence of biofilm for depth.

I just realized that pepper tastes different depending on how you cut it. If you cut it with your hand, it tastes different from using blender and that’s a different taste from using mortar to pound it.

@Qute_dentist @_Nursepreneur Well, the doctor went with me to the hospital pharmacy when I reported that they refused to sell and a shouting match ensued. The pharm actually asked if the Dr wanted to keel my child. Dr agreed it was high and showed her the chart he got the dosage from but they refused to sell

@WhyAmIANigerian @_Nursepreneur Ma'am,there's a thing like pharmacogenomics, it's possible the doctor is right. The pharmacist is not wrong, as on a normal, that prescription should not be given but ma'am there are cases where what works for 1 person is not enough to work for another so they'll prescribe higher.

The only reason why complaints about touts in Lagos are getting louder is because it's now affecting the rich. This is a problem that the average person has been dealing with for at least two years now. They just harass people at junctions to give them money.

Roby, listen to me carefully. Mayowa suing you for N100m is the best thing that has happened to you since this story broke. You have been the emotional one. The one crying on Daddy Freeze’s podcast. The one going to the airport in two cars to pick up a wife who would not even kiss you. The one sending N200k from N500k gigs. She just shifted the terrain from emotion to la. And in law, what she did has consequences. She remarried in Texas while your Nigerian marriage was legally intact. That is bigamy. Criminal Code Act, Section 370. That is not your allegation. That is a charge. You do not need to win the defamation case. You need to file a counter. You need to demand the return of every kobo you sent her for 6 years. You need to let your lawyer do what your heart could not. She opened the door. Walk through it.

So I posted heels for sale and this lady came into my DM… we went back and forth negotiating like it was a full market session 😭 Finally, she asked for my shop location and I sent it. Her response? “It’s far ooo” 😒 Alright, no problem Next thing, she buys from someone else and they end up delivering heels she can’t even wear 🤦🏽‍♀️ Now suddenly, she remembers there’s one “far vendor” she ignored before… The same vendor she couldn’t buy from because of distance is now the one she trusts enough to help her sell the heels? 😭 Honestly, some of you really underrate me on this app It was “too far” before… but now it’s not far again? 😂 Please, make it make sense 🤣 ©️Racheal Yohanna
