I hate high taxes, but why anyone would die on the hill defending the U.S. healthcare system is beyond my understanding. You can't find a system anywhere on Earth that delivers worse value for money. Incredibly expensive. Mediocre outcome.

@Helios_Movement I think when you break family bonds it may strengthen people’s trust and need for institutions as well as it may create more productivity.

To this day, no one has explained to me why leaving a 2 year old to a day care is a good idea. Because the research that involves brain scans clearly states that it’s not. “They’re socialising”. Their brains don’t even develop properly.

@Hitchslap1 IQ tests literally measures everything in the definition of the word ‘smart’. However, I do agree that being smart doesn’t mean there can’t be pitfalls like dyscalculia, dyslexia, lack of social awareness, impulsivity, cognitive dissonance etc, although some less likely high IQ

That’s like saying you can deadlift 600 pounds and still be weak as hell. Makes no sense.
