Ideology does not.
I’ll be surprised if you can show me a theology that accepts that sex can be chosen after birth.
Trying to accommodate a secular (or atheistic) ideology using religious language seems futile to me.

@Harri21263Steve @SAshworthHayes There is more than one theology. I believe Sam was referring to the quasi-religious role gender ideology now holds in secular society. The backlash against challenge (blasphemy) and the tendency of its adherents to build an identity around it certainly speak to that.

Genuinely don’t get all of the Coldplay hate. Truly one of the great bands over the last 25 years. Incredible live performances. Banger after banger after banger. Difficult to think of other artists who deliver this level of consistency. And never seen Glastonbury look like this.
