This morning before work, I returned to the spot I met my future wife 21 years ago today … my first day on the job, met a beautiful co-worker named Savanna. The rest is history. We’ve come a long way together starting at $7.35/hour in 2005. Extremely grateful!

He wasn’t an AD. Left at a weird time and seemed like he was influenced and sorta begged/talked into taking the AD spot.
He might **not** be the guy to hire coaches and run the entire athletic dept, but there Isn’t a better mind out there with fundamental, situation based baseball.
What if there’s a world where Ray and Coach Lake come back and they add, Wingo, Powell, and someone else that’s young and has a gifted baseball mind.
I wouldn’t hate it, I can’t and won’t lie. Will that happen? I’d put the odds somewhere between Powerball, Mega Millions, and a car sized space rock coming through my living room ceiling 26 mins from now.

Have heard whispers of optimism regarding South Carolina’s being able to woo Kevin Schnall to Columbia this summer. I’d bet on Schnall to win anywhere and college baseball is simply better when the Gamecocks are winning.

The Gamecocks have now brought in 9 transfer offensive linemen this offseason.
Accounting for injuries to Thompson, Peak and Recker, USC will now have 16 healthy OL for this spring. That should allow the coaching staff to practice how they want to.
