@PetsatHome literally can't purchase anything from your website, all it says is "checkout expired". Tried from three different computers. Maybe you can fix it?

@HMRCcustomers I cancelled my VAT account years back, and have re-registered and got a new number now. But the website only knows my old number. How do I get a new VAT certificate?

@Hillingdon Thank you for starting to trim back the brambles and stinging nettles growing from Dowding Park onto St Andrews Road where kids walk to school, but the job got left halfway...

@qgyang I was sad to see the Chrome Extension "WasteNoTime" isn't available anymore due to Manifest V3. I really appreciated your work on it, the functionality was far better than any others. Could you publish the source code so that work can continue on it?

@Gatwick_Airport Thanks. I called, and they explained how to get past it... They've reported it many times in the past, and receive lots of customer calls about it, but it still presents an obstacle. What will it take to get the "Return flight details" bit of the Parking payment page improved?

@Hillingdon @Hillingdon Thanks for your quick action last September... It's reached that time again. St. Andrews Road and Bader Way need brambles and stinging nettles cut back from the footpath. The school side has been trimmed recently so that's become safe 👍

@BritishGasHelp I'm pretty sure the email system was designed to nicely queue incoming messages until you have a chance to read them. If only you published an email address to submit meter readings, prominently on your website. How hard can that be?!
