I filed a damage claim with @Hagerty four days ago. I can’t get any action from anybody at the company. I leave voicemail and send emails, and I need to speak with somebody who can help me. Is anybody out there, Hagerty? Do you care about your long-term customers and their cars?

What good is a "contact us" phone number at @AHS_Warranty if they never answer the phone or follow through on a call back? I've had an ongoing plumbing issue since last week and American Home Shield keeps dropping the ball. I've paid for my contract; now I'd like service please.

On @AmericanAir yesterday, announcement said that masks were required. Once in the air, people removed masks and flight attendants did nothing! Never reminded people to cover up. Strangers talking face-to-face in flight. Why bother having rules at all? I felt so unsafe.

I just flew on @AmericanAir. On the phone, AA staff assured that (1) AA is not booking all the seats in order to maintain distancing, (2) many middle seats were blocked and our middle seat would remain open, and (3) masks would be required by everyone on board. None was true!
