When have the Irish been not perceived as White? They were not perceived as English but that’s a separate story.
The thing with “Hispanics” and Arabs is that they are mixed race/non-White by default. They have completely different temperaments and abilities.

Thats why you find Mexican americans are on average 60-61% european compared to the average Mexican which is 47-52%(studies have diff avg).
