@TeamKnowhowUK Any chance of anyone finally calling me back, having been promised my complaint would be dealt with by a phone call within 72 hours (on Friday)? Paid you over £500 for VIP PS5 bundle that was promised within 2 weeks and still waiting (nearly 4 weeks later)!!

@uzair__adam @curryspcworld Don't bother. I had a VIP code 3 weeks ago, took my money and still haven't delivered! No contact despite putting in a complaint & promise of 3 phone calls to update me! I would go for a stock drop from one of the other retailers - it might arrive then! @AmazonUK @Argos_Online
