Apple growers are selling up due to low prices. Consumers paid at least 17% more for apples in September 2022 compared to the previous year, during which time British apple growers only received price increases of 0.8% from supermarkets: fal.cn/3y3jY

The weather has been a little cold recently, so we've tackled spring turnout differently this year. Instead of all the cows and the calves heading out to pasture on the same day - with all the anticipation & excitement that brings - this year has been a calmer affair.

@BalsarGlen @DoctorChrisVT @creamogalloway I would query that @creamogalloway is not transportable over distance in the correct cold chain - However It may be a bit more prone to spicular ice crystal growth through freezer or cabinet thaw cycles which affects quality perception: grittiness over time.
