Never had one of these home appliance brands historically, but we moved into a house 4 years ago with a fridge-freezer with French doors. Its icemaker stopped working recently and the service technician who came out said it needs to be replaced. What are our options? @SamsungUS

@LycheeTech @Budget Credit where it's due - my pick-up from @Budget at Halifax Stanfield was relatively seamless. However, the extension requests (call, and email) were ignored, and their car with electrical faults that led to a 3-minute late return added an almost full day's penalty fee.

@VoteBlueNow @Budget Wow! I really hope that @Budget monitor the responses on this account. Charged you extra when your plane diverted? That's just cold! Even when my flight's been late, @enterprisecares has never charged me extra. I can't see me coming back to @Budget again after my experience.

@DrJL_ @Budget Thanks for the app advice! I've got way too many apps on my phone already, but I have to say that as a long-term @enterprisecares user, that app is actually pretty good for reservations and modifications. It used to be ordinary, but these days it's been very reliable.

@RedDirtSooner @Budget Thanks for the tip on rentals in Seattle! Hoping to get there to watch a game this season, and will need a rental. After my experience with @Budget at Halifax Stanfield, I'll stick by @enterprisecares even when the expense comes out of my own pocket.

@davearg24 @Budget I feel for you, David. When I left my sunnies in my @enterprisecares rental recently, Jack in #Petaluma called me directly an hour later to tell me that they were holding them in the office until I was ready to pick them up. No charge. I'm not planning to use @Budget again.

@Budget Or...your Mystery car rental (nice initiative) could end up providing a car with persistent electrical faults, and an 80% extra day's charge when that fault causes you to turn up 3 minutes after the deadline. No wonder my workplace @SSU_1961 prefers @enterprisecares

It shows how much of a role good marketing plays in our decisions and enjoyment, and also how little interest many people have in chasing the best price/equity. I’ll stick to the wine society for most of my wine.
