@LauraLoomer Someone may be on their way to assassinate another Democrat. This isn't the first political, assuming it was, hit this year. Thus far the shooter has evaded capture. We won't have any proof of motive until they have been found.

This was a professional hit. Someone with training who knew how to kill from a sniper’s nest and then escape undetected. They could be on their way to kill another conservative. I personally think all conservative events this week should be canceled out of precaution till the shooter is captured. This is very dangerous.

There is absolutely no doubt that Charlie Kirk killed by an intelligence grade assassin. This was not a “crazy leftist” or some random civilian. A well placed shot from 200 yards out, down angle from a rooftop, directly in the neck. Precision like that doesn’t come from a protester with a grudge, it comes from someone who’s drilled this a thousand times under military glass. Whoever is behind it, this was a highly skilled marksman who had logistics, support, and funding, with a well-executed retreat plan. Absolutely nothing feels right about this.

We don’t yet know what motivated the person who shot and killed Charlie Kirk, but this kind of despicable violence has no place in our democracy. Michelle and I will be praying for Charlie’s family tonight, especially his wife Erika and their two young children.
