Metaverse Katılım Aralık 2021

Spent £3K on Meta ads last month. Made $19K back.
Every ad was created by Claude code in 30 minutes.
I didn't review a single one before launching.
Old way: you hire an agency. They do market research, interview you, come up with angles, design creatives.
Takes weeks. Costs thousands per month and many hours of your time.
New way: you give Claude Code a landing page URL.
That's it.
Here's what my new skill does:
👉 It extracts your brand identity
👉 It Interviews you
👉 It does customer roleplay where it literally thinks AS your buyer.
👉 Then it reads Reddit for real frustrations.
👉 It Pulls competitor ads.
Then Builds a full strategy like an expensive ads consultant would.
It comes back with 4 angles, 4 ad sets, 4 creatives each.
Apple Notes style, fake iMessage threads, meme ads, comparison tables... all the Smash hit formats of meta ads.
Ran it on my friend Tim Soulo Ahrefs product page.
It picked up the brand colors, pulled the logo, and went after competitor scoring systems as an attack angle.
Zero guidance from me.
The creatives aren't all perfect. But the strategy and angles are genuinely good.
What's really cool is this system thinks like a media buyer.
It does the same research. Reads the same forums. Analyzes the same competitor ads.
But it does it in 30 minutes instead of a week.
I've been running Meta ads for 10 years.
First time I've seen a tool that actually understands the customer instead of just generating generic copy.

Meta’s GEM has changed how ad accounts SCALE.
We’re adapting how we conduct our 7/8-fig clients’ creative strategy for it.
So here’s the exact guide on how you can do the same:
- What GEM really means inside your ad account
- How to structure your creative strategy with it in mind (2026 & onwards)
- Some examples of creative types & formats we’re using due to it.

80% of brands are in a saturated market
But the saturation isn’t the reason you’re not scaling…
How you map your creative strategy is.
After managing $37M+ on Meta across every “crowded” niche you can think of… I recorded a 24-minute breakdown on how we scale brands without changing the product:
✔ How to reposition ANY saturated product instantly
✔ How to map creatives using Persona × Mechanism × Awareness × Format
✔ How Andromeda + GEM changed scaling in 2025–2026

To convert, educate your customers first.
That’s why our VSLs are performing so well right now.
They’re secretly becoming one of our best formats for our partner brands.
So I've created a mini-guide on how you exploit them:
- Winning examples
- Why they're working
- Steps to follow when creating them

Messaging is the specific words, phrases, and language you use to communicate your angle.
Let’s take Huel (meal replacement shake) as an example:
Angle: Convenience for busy professionals
Messaging option 1: get complete nutrition in under 2 minutes
Messaging option 2: save 10 hours of meal prep every week
Same product, same angle (convenience), but different ways to communicate it.
Wizzy 🌎@WizzyMetaverse
@DTCMidas Ok thank you, and what do you mean with messaging? For me angle = what makes people buy, format=how you communicate, but I can’t get the difference with messaging

You're usually just a few optimizations away from being profitable and able to scale.
Here's how optimizing actually looks like in practice.
We launched in a new market a bit over a month ago.
From the start CAC was high, conversion was shit, and we were burning money.
So here's what we did:
First, we changed the offer and dropped pricing.
Price drop usually decreases your CAC (but also your margins).
This got us more volume which gave us more data to work with.
Because you can't optimize without data.
Our winning ads from our main market didn't work in this new market.
So we went back to the research table and started testing new angles and messaging specifically for this market.
After testing 25+ concepts, one finally showed potential.
Once we found traction, we rebuilt the entire funnel around that angle.
New landing pages, rebuilt pdp and changed product positioning.
Everything aligned to reinforce this new message.
Now everything started picking up.
Then we made more ads in different formats iterating on that winning angle and messaging.
Finally, we raised prices back to the original level.
Our margins weren't sustainable long-term at the lower price point.
After price increase sales held up because the messaging was dialed in.
Now we're first-order profitable in this market and able to scale.
Next step is assessing retention for this market to see if we can increase our target CAC over time to scale harder.

Never ship your product again… but still launch 100+ ads a day.
At first, this was clunky, glitchy, and honestly… not worth it.
But now? The results are insane.”
- Upload just a photo of this
- AI generates scroll-stopping videos with it in my hand
- No studio. No shipping. No waiting.”
This is how brands scale creative overnight — and it actually works.”
Comment ''Image'', and I’ll send you the exact workflow.”

@iamshackelford @DTCMidas In option 1, do you mean one ad set for each angle and one ad for each angle?
English

I saw this question on another thread (Shoutout @DTCMidas) and wanted to give my 2 cents based on the experience I’ve built over the years:
1️⃣BE REAL ABOUT WHAT YOU CAN SPEND
Most people focusing on volume don't have the budget to actually spend on 50+ creatives. You need to know your spend levels before you do anything.
If you're not spending $10K+ daily then chances are you don't need this volume. Focus on creative diversity, not just quantity.
2 Options:
Option 1: CBO Manual Control
- You control the distribution
- One ad per ad set
- Manual budget allocation based on performance
Option 2: Creative Diversity Method
- Theme-based campaign organization
- All creative variations of one concept in single ad set
- Let Meta optimize within the theme
2️⃣LAUNCH STRATEGY - DON'T GO LIVE ALL AT ONCE
This is where most people drop the ball. Launching 50 assets simultaneously will either:
- Not spend at all
- Spend so sporadically you get zero learning
Instead do this:
Monday: 5 new creatives
Tuesday: 5 new creatives
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: 5 new creatives
Friday: 5 new creatives
Repeat
3️⃣ASSET ORGANIZATION
Keep it simple
- No more than 5 assets per ad set if you want Meta to spend
- Group by concept/theme, not format
- Clear naming convention: Campaign_AdSet_Creative_Date
4️⃣BUDGET ALLOCATION
Start conservative
- $50-100 per ad set for testing
- Let it run 3-7 days minimum
- Kill based on CPM and early conversion signals
- Scale the winners to separate campaigns
5️⃣VOLUME TESTING
Volume testing means you're allocating spend to things that are learning, not performing. You might underperform while testing until you start turning off losers.
For Black Friday, this is the time you CAN get away with higher volume testing. But remember - diversity of concepts matters more than raw quantity.
6️⃣DON’T FORGET TO USE
- UTM tracking for creative attribution
- Creative rotation schedules in project management
- Budget rules to prevent overspend
- Proper naming conventions (non-negotiable)
BOTTOM LINE:
The question isn't "how do you launch 50 creatives"
It's "do you have the budget and infrastructure to properly test 50 creatives without destroying your ROAS?"
Most don't. Start with diversity across 10-15 strong concepts before you worry about volume.
Raphael Yarish@rafyarish
@DTCMidas How do you launch all these ads on Meta/Tiktok?
English

@sourfraser If the video didn’t convert directly, how can Meta algorithm optimize the ad on the right target?
TOF sales campaigns on Meta need conversions within the attribution window to properly work. It would be great if you can clarify.
Thank you for you content!

One time a client came to us convinced that "video ads just don't work for our brand" because their top 5 performing ads were all statics.
They tried video time and time again and concluded it was pointless …until we dug deeper and found the issue.
Their main traffic source was Google Ads.
People were:
1. Searching for their problem
2. Discovering the brand
3. Not buying immediately
4. Then getting retargeted with Meta statics later.
THIS is a top-of-funnel problem.
No video content was effectively educating cold audiences about the problem their product solved.
They'd only tested standard UGC formats.
So we loaded different video types to see what connected.
The main one being the Mini VSL format.
The videos didn't need to convert directly because they qualified traffic that converted later through statics.
If statics are your only winning ads, check how people discover you first.
Are they coming from:
Google?
TikTok?
Other channels where they're already problem-aware?
Don't assume video doesn't work.
Figure out what job your video needs to do in your specific funnel.
The format that fails at conversion might be perfect for education and qualification.
English

either your ads are shit or you’re too impatient / don’t have the balls (you scale back down after 1 bad day after scaling up)
duma@nifdmd
@DTCMidas Whenever I scale my ads with good stats it ends up dropping the ROAS is that because the offer is bad?
English

@IstvanicMarin @MadsLunddd When targeting multiple countries at the same time, do you use broad targeting? Wouldn’t it be an issue if the audience size is so big?
