Rachel Reeves claims the IMF has upgraded the UK growth forecast from 0.8% to 1.0% when the previous month downgraded it from 1.3% to 0.8% so the net prediction is still down 0.3%.

Almost 50,000 business insolvencies since Labor took office. Productivity at six-decade lows. Eight in ten new jobs now created by government — because the private sector has given up. GDP per capita has fallen in 10 of the last 13 quarters.
