Rachel Reeves claims the IMF has upgraded the UK growth forecast from 0.8% to 1.0% when the previous month downgraded it from 1.3% to 0.8% so the net prediction is still down 0.3%.

Not a single one of whom is fit to so much as lick the boots of Attlee, Bevan, Castle, MacDonald, Wilson, Hardie.
