@Sixtbh had a bad experience in Paris renting a car from you. Manager said she was giving us an upgrade at no cost, but upon return, said I'd signed papers agreeing to the significant upcharge. I refused to sign and they said they would contact me. But all I got was the bill!

Just had THE WORST cust servc EVER from @AirFranceUS @airfrance Took 1/2 hr for someone to pick up. Then, one & a half hours later, changed prices 5 times, said the website made an error, kept me on hold for 20 mins while she checked. Total fail. Can Cust Serv please contact me?

@KarenMillen has lovely clothes but the WORST service imaginable. All I want to do is return a dress. The bot does not work, the portal neither, they do not answer emails, they have no phone and if you message them they say they will get back and they never do.
