Will absolutely not be shopping at @BootsUK again after the absolute rigmarole I’ve had trying to get a refund on an item Royal Mail failed to properly deliver. It’s been a week since I raised the issue and still nothing. @BootsHelp can you assist? Reference number 74829573

@NissanUK went to Brayley Nissan in Sutton Coldfield today. Wanted to test drive a Qashqai. As I was a notability customer, no non-motability sales rep would take me for a test drive. As such, I’m now on my way back to MG to place my order for a new HS. Your ableism sucks.

@HMRCcustomers they finally answered but apparently they can’t see my husbands repayment requests even though your live chat specifically told him to call them to chase progress? That’s two hours he’s wasted being passed from pillar to post and still has no answer and no idea
