@WorkTrainMJ

I'm such a cliché. I start companies and compete in triathlons.

@bricks32 I have run with chest congestion before. Walk-run was the right call to protect the lungs while keeping the miles. What race are you building toward?

@StrengthDebates I keep squats deep for triathlon but cap the tonnage. Front squats keep the torso honest. How often are you programming them?

You can’t convince me that full ATG squats aren’t great for hypertrophy The people who say squats aren’t great for hypertrophy don’t squat to full depth with a vertical torso and they don’t accumulate enough tonnage frequent enough to give it a fair shot Your calves need to touch your hamstrings, ideally with a vertical torso. I used to believe not everyone could achieve full depth, until I went out and taught myself. Most people won’t commit long enough to find out. Also use Front Squats concurrently, front squats are easier to hit depth and I think even better for developing legs

@GuruAnaerobic Decades of miles taught me that wear shows on every serious runner. At 68, that turnover is the story. How many Ks weekly?

@thealepalombo I know UAE families running the dual-base split. What infrastructure gaps hit in Izmir or Antalya? Schools and connectivity are what they ask about first.

Turkey just approved 20 years of zero tax on foreign income. A country known for tourism, food, ancient coasts (and hairlines) may now be a serious destination for location-independent families. On paper, this regime is unparalleled. Four times Italy's Impatriati. Longer than Cyprus's 17-year non-dom. The most aggressive European tax regime on the books. Will families actually move? My take: yes. Thousands of them over the next decade. The east of Turkey is conservative. The touristic west is extremely secular, closer to Mediterranean Europe than to the Middle East. The math will be too convenient to ignore. My Turkish friend and her fiancé had a layover at our place on Sunday. Over coffee, we mapped it out city by city. The pattern I'm long on: smaller cities, high quality of life, strong international schools. Here's our list. 🧵

20 years of compounding is the rare gift modern tax policy gives. Every year of delay reduces lifetime savings. A family entering in 2026 saves 20 years. A family entering in 2030 saves 16. The audience that actually pulls the trigger will be smaller than the audience reading about this. But for the right family (foreign-source income, European-adjacent, comfortable with cultural distance and political imperfection) this is the most under-discussed move in European mobility right now. But overall, as always: choose where you can thrive, feel great, and express yourself best. Tax is a consequence. Most regimes shrink before they pay out. This one starts at 20.

Get your week flowing with 3 mini-flow sets Agility, mobility, dynamic power, coordination, control, strength, balance ✅ All crucial to maintain/improve as we age Learning single positions and into movements is a great way to improve how we move. Piecing together moves into flows that test and enhance the qualities above is the next step Move young 🌞 #AGEility

Personal Announcement : We are launching the Arts DAO Circle NFTs became billion dollar communities because everyone had a reason to invite more people in. That’s the part nobody says out loud. But wallahi you knows its true The growth. The obsession. The culture. Meeting the most insane people you never would have otherwise. All of it accelerated because the network rewarded early participation. But eventually this got abused because of zero curation and no reason to bring in any new people when markets shifted. We’re changing things a bit So much so, some people will never get in Arts DAO Circle - 29th May, 2026. Early Access drops here : t.me/+UL10Gl1FSMNkN…

Bar hang progression Simply hanging is one of the best things you can do for your posture & shoulder health. & build iron grip Here's a progression - Start with a low bar (or ring/trx) hang depending on ur starting point - Standard hang (let entire weight of body hang) - Active hang (pulling shoulder blades down.. engaging back & pulling head up. This is good if standard hangs hurt ur shoulders) - Weighted hang Spend a few min daily hanging & see how u feel in 30 days
