Paramedics were called to the home of Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, who had just returned from a trip to Ukraine, in Washington, D.C. overnight on Saturday, in response to reports that he was suffering from “chest pains,” before he fell into cardiac arrest and died, officials tell The Washington Post.

Western Kenya and the Rift Valley will soon be sorted when it comes to specialized healthcare:
1. Eldoret is getting the biggest referral hospital in East Africa — a 4,000-bed multi-specialty hospital.
2. Kakamega is getting a modern national referral hospital, with finishing works ongoing under the KDF.
3. Kisumu’s JOOTRCH is getting a facelift.
4. Kisii is getting a Cancer Centre.
5. Bungoma — the establishment of a Level Six Hospital in Sichei has advanced to the final stages.
President Ruto’s dream for universal health coverage is becoming a reality. Swali ni ile bado…

@appiecule Both of them have dysfunctional weak societies.
The results are a reflection. It will get worse with time.

Everyone is talking about Italy’s decline, and at least Italy’s situation is understandable. They no longer have the same level of talent they once did, their league has declined, and many of their biggest clubs have struggled financially.
So what’s Germany’s excuse?
They still produce top-class players, have one of the strongest leagues in Europe, financially stable clubs, world-class facilities, and every resource needed to compete at the highest level.
Yet this generation has completely failed to live up to Germany’s standards. Three straight World Cups full of humiliating exits, lifeless performances, and repeated disappointments. For a country with Germany’s football history, this is simply unacceptable. There are no excuses left—this generation has let German football down.

@NealGardner_ They still have strong male dominated societies. Look out.

@JamesMelville Welcome the results of woke society.
Worse of them is italy.

@Real1_balogun Just like italy, address the correct structure of the society. Stop gayism. Allow men to be men, the fighting spirit will be back and they will win.
It is actually possible to read which societies have broken down from this world cup.

Football has closed up.
Nothing is wrong with German talent pipelines. They have a truckload of players coming through. Their current players are in some of the biggest clubs in the world.
Nothing is wrong with the Netherlands. They have a good squad of good players.
It’s those smaller countries, especially those with a strong diaspora talent pool that are getting closer and stronger.
I don’t think Morocco will face any team in the world today and be fazed about their quality. The difference in terms of a team’s processes and gameplay can’t be enormous. They’ve earned their place in the world.
It doesn’t mean they can’t be eliminated in the next round. That’s football. To accept that the game has evolved beyond what we saw a decade ago is important.
Morocco had enough resources to hire a coach who taught coaches for two years. He drew a great structure and they’ve only consolidated on that.
You can’t look at that German team and say they’re lacking in talent. It’s about making a team from those talents. Coaching is also very close these days.
There’s information democracy. Lots of resources are there to work with. Nobody can be left behind in this Information Age.

Med students, listen up! Today let me explain how to analyze a Liver Function Test (LFT) step by step. Stop looking at isolated HIGH or LOW flags on a lab report. You need to look at the patterns. Here is how you actually read an LFT panel like a CONSULTANT 👇 (1/10)

・Australia 🇦🇺 (buen nivel educativo, pero muy lejos de abuelos y familia)
・Canadá 🇨🇦 (seguridad, pero inviernos muy largos y poca vida al aire libre)
・Alemania 🇩🇪 (buena educación pública, pero sistema muy rígido y poco flexible)

Let me Roast Hizi ma embassy za Kifala !
The other day I applied for a visa to a certain country called Canada 🍁 — I think that’s the place President Trump once jokingly referred to as the 51st State. 🤣
The purpose of the trip was simple: drop off my brother’s children who are currently spending their summer holiday in Kenya.
Then came the biometrics request.
Unfortunately, my schedule within those 30 days was packed. I had two international business trips to China, factory visits, meetings, and production commitments. I simply couldn’t fit it in.
Then boom — the refusal letter arrived.
Honestly, I laughed.
Sometimes the visa process feels like a very sophisticated system for collecting application fees and then generating creative reasons for rejection.
Dear Visa Officer,
My passport probably has more entry and exit stamps than many applications that cross your desk in a month. The application itself listed visits to multiple first-world countries without a single overstay issue.
Secondly, I am not a backpacker looking for greener pastures.
I am an entrepreneur running manufacturing operations, retail businesses, and projects that support over 200 livelihoods. My daily responsibility is ensuring factories run, salaries are paid, and customers are served.
The notion that I would abandon all that to disappear into Canada and start hiding somewhere in a basement is an illusion that exists only in the imagination of the visa officer.
The irony is that many of us travel because business demands it, not because we are looking for an escape route.
Anyway, life goes on.
The factories are still running.
The workers still need their salaries.
The customers still need their products.
Canada some of us are what your country need as investors not pay check chase !

🇮🇷 Iran’s Strait of Hormuz service fees are now in effect. Transit charges average $1.5–2 million per ship. Payment methods include cash, USDT (Tether), goods, or barter (ships provide goods or services instead of paying money, deducted from payable amount) — Fars
Do you think Iran is still the underdog or now it’s the dog?
