@dtv20 @XPERTGAMEROO7 @SynthPotato @DiscussingFilm Pagan Min also left an impression. Not as big as Vaas, but still, a lot of people like him, too. Joseph Seed is pretty memorable as a villain as well. I wouldn’t say he was as good as the other two, though. I have my criticisms of that game.

It would have been difficult to come to a consensus internally that Max Payne 3's combat would be more fun and alter GTA's design direction. When you're working with big teams on these big projects, there's not a lot of flexibility
