ICT says wait for the killzone. I used to ignore that completely. Traded every hour of the day wondering why nothing was working. London open and New York open exist for a reason. Everything else is mostly noise.

Three things that would have saved me years of losses if someone told me early. Stop moving your stop. Ever. Size doesn’t matter until you’re consistent. Boredom is not a reason to enter a trade. That’s it. That’s the whole game.
