Hi, please be informed that the PNR was divided out for one passenger (divided PNR:TH7INA); which was cancelled with applicable charges. Further, we have already processed the remaining refund amount dated 06th Feb'26 towards the same travel agency account (Makemytrip India PVT LTD). The refund will be as per their terms of contract. We regret our inability to disclose the amount as the booking is confirmed under special fare. Hence we request you to contact your source of booking in this regard.

We request you to visit the My Trips section and submit a special claim under “Flight Cancelled by Airline” or “Flight Not Operational.” Once the airline processes the refund to us, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment source within 7–12 working days.
