Built Differently. Engineering at scale unfolded in orbit. This is cellular broadband from space. BlueBird 10 has successfully deployed in low Earth orbit. Adding another of the world's largest communications array - the size of a tennis court - to our growing constellation. BlueBirds 8 and 9 are next. Engineered for broadband connectivity to everyday smartphones. No special hardware. No modifications. $ASTS: The only positive I can find from the new $1B note offering is this statement in the 8K. "based on the Company’s current expectations regarding launch availability, its launch campaign is targeting approximately 45 of its BlueBird satellites (“BB satellites”) in early 2027." This sounds to me like aggressively pulling forward more SpaceX Falcon 9 launches. I don't see any other path to 45 BBs in early 2027 without Blue Origin. sec.gov/Archives/edgar…

@user3425664 @spacanpanman yes. As usual, and as with many other things, company hasn't clarified anything yet related to JLEO. But CAPEX is needed for sure.

$ASTS: I'll do a X space this evening to discuss the implication of this convert, which are many. Net of the call spread transaction, there's probably 5.7-7M shares to hedge for convert arbs assuming they buy 80% of the deal. I'm a big buyer here.

@AceCrouton They said that before the Blue Origin mishap. My guess is they're locking in more Falcon-9 launches and other strategic activity in the works.

$ASTS: AST to raising capital to pull forward launch capacity. My read is $ for more launches outside of Blue Origin. The use of proceeds language is very intriguing. AST SpaceMobile Announces Proposed Private Offering of $1.0 Billion of Convertible Senior Notes Due 2034 "AST SpaceMobile intends to use the remaining net proceeds from the Notes Offering to pursue an expanding universe of growth initiatives and secure additional access to orbit for its space-based cellular broadband network, including partnerships and/or acquisitions to further vertically integrate its business and mitigate risks associated with third-party launch providers. AST SpaceMobile currently does not have any understandings or agreements with respect to any such strategic transactions." businesswire.com/news/home/2026…

$ASTS $SPCX: Some of @AST_SpaceMobile's partners are working with @Starlink Mobile, yet they continue to be shown on AST's quarterly update slides and in the new map linked below. These are the ones that show up on both Starlink and AST's rosters: + @MTNGroup (Africa) + @Telstra (Australia) + @enjoyGLOBE (Phillipines) + @libertylatam (Panama) These MNOs continue to have a relationship with AST that signals potential future commercial agreements yet they're with Starlink today. Perhaps these MNOs view Starlink as just a placeholder satellite service while they wait for AST, in a similar manner to @Verizon working with @SkyloTech while they wait for AST. Full list of Starlink's partners: starlink.com/business/mobile

$ASTS: AST just updated their website with a new MNO map . This is probably the most detailed when/where map they have published yet.

Archimedes second stage engine full duration burn - complete ✅ (and what a thing of beauty). The AVac (Archimedes Vacuum) engine produces 1.2x lbf of its Stage 1 variant and stands ~2.5m taller thanks to its extended nozzle optimized for the vacuum conditions of space. Recent AVac testing included a stub skirt for the nozzle. Since full length vacuum nozzles at ground level risk flow separation and instability, stub skirts are used to anchor our engineers' analysis for how the engine will perform with the full nozzle in vacuum conditions - all critical preparation for Neutron's first flight.

SpaceX ($SPCX) is one of those 99% of stocks that is impossible to accurately value because it’s largely built on narrative of castles in the sky and not real cash flow or earnings . Buffett calls this the 99% “ too hard to figure pile” If you read their prospectus, 1.3% of their value is from space economy 5.7% from Starlink ( connectivity) 93% from AI grok Only star link is profitable. If you do a DCF valuation based on 30% growth rate for 10 years, it is worth $25 So what is SPCX worth ? It is $25 plus how much you love Elon’s stories That being said, I think it’s worth a buy for a speculative trade at $80 to $90. Historically, new IPOs tend to drop 40% to 50% below their first days closing price before bottoming . $SPCX first day close was $160

$SPCX If you’re lucky enough to get allocated SpaceX shares, have a plan before it starts trading. Getting shares in a hot IPO can be a great opportunity. But it does not mean you have to hold forever. Nothing against SpaceX. It’s one of the most important companies in the world, and I believe it will be a massive long term company. But the problem with hot IPOs is that by the time retail investors get excited, a lot of the good news may already be priced in. We’ve seen this before. For example Coinbase had huge hype when it went public. Robinhood had huge retail attention. Rivian was one of the hottest IPOs ever. Instacart popped on day one too. In many of these cases, the first few days looked exciting, then the stock cooled off hard after the initial hype faded. That doesn’t mean SpaceX can’t be different. It just means valuation, expectations, lockup periods, early profit taking, and hype all matter. So if you are allocated shares of SpaceX, you should not treat it like an automatic “hold forever” decision. You should treat it like an opportunity where taking profits early may make sense. And if you don’t get allocated shares, you should not be chasing the first-day excitement. It’s better to wait 6+ months or wait for the first major pullback than buy into maximum hype. SpaceX is an amazing company. But even amazing companies can be bad buys at the wrong price. Not financial advice.

He never ceases having the dumbest conclusions and shows a willful ignorance of how companies are valued. He probably couldn’t name a single growth company in private or public markets that would be valued the way he is suggesting ASTS would if they hit any of the revenue targets he cited. He has zero credibility

$ASTS Bro - you have B and C at 3 to 7x revenues or 6 to 12x FCF margins (assuming 50% FCF margins) Checks $AMT multiples for past 10 years…40 to 80X EV to FCF *** $AMT, a far less scalable business, traded at 7x higher multiples for 10 years. ***

$ASTS Update First of all, no current position in the stock. My general thoughts are pretty consistent with what I've said previously. I think the price has gotten in-line with/ahead of its fundamental business value (not fundamental financials, because those are largely irrelevant). What do I think it's worth as a business? Scenario A — Company is not very successful, gets $500M–$1B/year in revenues either due to market competition/constraints/etc. Company worth $3–10B. Scenario B — Company attains most of its technical goals, gets $2–5B/year in revenues. Company worth $20–30B. Scenario C — Company does very well, $10B/year in revenues. Company worth $30–80B. Scenario D — Company exceeds expectations, $50B/year in revenues. Company worth $250–500B. I like the prospects of (B) or (C) happening, and I've thought that ever since the stock was $6. I read the real-time stream of spacemob tweets, and I can see the path to D slowly forming, but I have no confidence in MY ability to forecast whether the company has a 2% or 25% chance of making that happen. Considering the current fully diluted market cap is around $35B (use an average rolling price, since any given week it moves around 25%), and given that $10B+ of revenues is, in my opinion, at least 3 years away, I don't really know why I'd hold a significant position in the stock. A lot of unknowns still need to work out for B/C to happen, let alone D. Yes, you can play the game of "the multiple will obviously be higher," but that's not a game I play. Also consider that my personal strategy is to look for stuff that is contrarian in nature: overlooked, under-appreciated. Those aren't the characteristics of ASTS anymore. Plus, a common comment is that staying on top of ASTS's fundamental developments was a full-time job on its own. I agree with that sentiment, and I think my time is better spent following stuff that has less "action" than ASTS. Obviously this is not financial advice, and to be clear, this doesn't mean I don't like the company or stock. I barely have a position in Sphere anymore and that's been my darling for years. Sometimes you just gotta let the little ones grow up and fly the coop! I'll revisit if the stock price or fundamental developments change materially.
