Malamang hero mo si Bangag dahil binabaon tayo sa utang. Debt is a tool, yes—but so is restraint. A city doesn’t develop by borrowing; it develops by spending well. Kasi puwedeng “development” kuno habang baon sa utang, tapos walang ROI, may leakage pa. Hindi development finance yan, that’s fiscal recklessness. Debt is only “progress” if it buys productivity and real outputs; otherwise it’s just future taxes financing today’s waste. So no, Cieloko…surplus and low debt aren’t the enemy.
