@Telus I’d be more loyal if you treated me better.... but since all telecoms treat customers badly, it’s the hunger games... and I’m going with the cheapest plan- the service may or may not be better and I don’t care

@Telus just had a rude phone encounter with a store- told me in order to find out any info about my account I have to be in store or call support... which hung up on me after 2 he’s of waiting.

@TELUS waited for 2 hours only to be told “ we can’t take your call”. Well guess what? I’m moving to @Rogers - no questions
