$SIVE: Many investors are skeptical and behind because they keep checking old numbers and theories instead of forward estimates, despite shocking numbers from GS reports, supply chain mapping to all big hyperscalers and OEMs, and a US listing ahead. The market isn’t the same as it was yesterday. Things change.

@unusual_whales It’s amazing that someone with tens of millions in net worth off a government salary would even dare ask this question. Democrats have absolutely no shame.

@ChrisCamillo @GrahamStephan Obviously a small sample size but this could be the start of a much larger trend as AI FOMO hits real estate investors and they begin to understand the once in a lifetime tech revolution that’s taking place!

@h2soheili @kurtsaltrichter It’s all algo based and they oversold to the downside and will likely overcompensate to the upside now which is what the chart setup looks like

CTAs are done. They flipped from max short to max long and exhausted their flow. Vol-control funds are just starting - and they manage 3x the capital. The real systematic bid is only beginning. BUTT - we need realized vol to continue declining in order for flows to power this market higher.

@aleabitoreddit @YCM47233993 Anthropic, OpenAI etc will be bailed out by US govt. They are the new "Banks" - everything is now connected to them. If they go down then whole national security will become riskier, major companies (who invested in them) will face massive losses etc

I'm sorry, but how does this work? > Softbank takes out $40B bridge loan to invest in OpenAi > OpenAi paper valuation goes up > Softbank gets margin loan off OpenAI's new valuation... maybe to pay back original loan? I'm getting PTSD from the FTX equity/FTT token but with OpenAI equity.

@orangerepublic1 @aleabitoreddit Based on the contract Amazon can buy Marvell shares at a much cheaper price ( I think it was $87 per share) than what Marvell is currently trading at.

@aleabitoreddit Why does Marvell’s share price incentivize Amazon to buy more? I’m confused about that part

Just in case you were wondering who the end users of $SIVE likely were: Sivers lasers -> $AMZN (Marvell's 8-K SEC filings). Amazon has purchase agreements for "photonic fabric" from Celestial, which maps to Sivers lasers through two-hop connections. Marvell's share value under the agreement was $87/share, so Amazon is very incentivized to buy as much as they can (Marvell is trading at $139+). These volume orders help $SIVE the most out of this supply chain, given their size. This is just one-relation to Amazon, I wanted to point out. But at $720m MC... Markets missed Sivers as the critical laser supplier for the upcoming hyperscaler optical supercycle based on new architectural changes.

Swedish financial media is currently busy calling the $SIVE breakout "X-hype." They are completely missing the forest for the trees. Today's news isn't retail hype—it's a fundamental, Tier-1 validation. Manufacturing giant Jabil just selected Sivers DFB lasers for their next-gen 1.6T LRO pluggable AI transceivers. 🚨 For those who don't understand the supply chain mechanics, let me break down why the media is wrong and why this is a monumental catalyst: 1. Jabil builds for the Hyperscalers Jabil ($30B+ revenue) builds the actual hardware for hyperscalers like Google, AWS, and Meta. They don't do "science projects." If Jabil designs your laser into their module, it’s for scalable, global volume. 2. The 1.6T LRO Holy Grail AI data centers are hitting a power wall. Linear Receive Optics (LRO) removes power-hungry DSPs to drastically cut power consumption (PR states 2.5x lower energy footprint). But LRO requires lasers of immense purity and precision. Jabil choosing Sivers proves Sivers' InP DFB lasers are best-in-class globally. 3. The Valuation Disconnect The stock breaking past 20 SEK today officially pulled $SIVE out of micro-cap territory into a ~$600M Market Cap. But even here, there is a massive valuation gap compared to US photonics multiples. The Swedish media is distracted by the noise. In reality, Sivers just cemented its spot as the critical upstream laser chokepoint for next-gen AI infrastructure. If you were doubting the US spin-off / M&A thesis, this just accelerated the timeline. ⏳🔥 Press Release below👇 $SIVE $SIVEF #Photonics #AI

$SIVE has 4x more debt than cash and a 9-month runway The stock went up 4x after becoming a new Fintwit favourite If management is competent, they will do a raise to clean up their debt They are paying 10%+ rates with already weak financials If they do a large raise, it will signal they are serious about expansion and not just focusing on maintaining their ownership

@TradeACH @aleabitoreddit @labubu_trader Schwab said that nothing happens, SIVEF may be less liquid due to international fees to transact, but would still mirror the actual Swedish SIVE stock price. I think in some cases, there is a time period where you are forced to switch, but not sure if that happens here?

$SIVE executing US NASDAQ listing from Reuters. Welcome to America Sivers. I said Sivers looks like it should be valued at $2B+ soon based on today's fundamentals. And US institutions will likely be piling into the laser supplier for $MRVL and $JBL once it's on NASDAQ. This comes after a highly bullish 2.5% raise today from new "international institutional investors" to likely fund regulatory/audit requirements for the listing. "The investors in the Directed Share Issue comprise of a limited number of Swedish and international institutional and other qualified investors" We’ll likely going to see a parabolic ride up from the news. In just the last three days: -> $JBL 1.6T to use $SIVE -> $SIVE new US/international institutional investors -> $SIVE looks to be listed on NASDAQ. We're witnessing the birth of the next $LITE.

@ChrisCamillo Very true but some people have difficulty with the conceptualization of stocks and have a higher comfort level and conviction with a tangible asset. With that being said any investment whether stocks or real estate is better than taking zero risk. In Grahams case the prob is CA

20yrs arguing stocks > real estate. Nice to see Graham flip. Hopefully others follow
Graham Stephan@GrahamStephan

I’ve spent a decade telling people to do what I do: "Buy and Hold." Now I've decided to list my entire real estate portfolio for sale and walk away. It started slow. The bills, the maintenance, the tax increases... but the final straw was when I tried to develop an ADU to do exactly what the city of LA claims it wants investors like me to do: Create more housing. You'd think they'd make it easier, but after two delayed inspections, a sewer pipe replacement that needed 75 days advance notice, and a city-owned tree that became my responsibility, I'd had enough. The identity of being a real-estate guy is very hard to walk away from, trust me. For a long time, I stayed just because real estate was my "thing." It’s how I started. It’s what I’m known for. It led to every good thing in my life. But that blinded me to the fact that just because something served me in the past, it doesn't mean things haven't changed in the present. The reality of 2026 finally stripped the emotion away. My LA rentals are netting about 4-5% after the constant background noise of taxes, insurance spikes, and repairs. Meanwhile, a risk-free Treasury pays 5%. The trade-off just doesn't make sense any more. I’m reallocating to a liquid portfolio that actually lets me focus on the work I love. I published a deep dive on my Substack about the ADU nightmare that broke my patience, the exact numbers behind the exit, and where I’m moving the money next to buy back my sanity. I'll drop the link here in a bit.
