This looks like corruption being done in construction of this u-turn, 1 Crore is too much for this.

@UIDAI @Aadhaar_Care I have applied 3 times(offline/online) for an address update for my wife but every time you are rejecting with a technical error. The app is showing in progress and customer care says it is rejected due to technical error. @PMOIndia @nsitharaman
