I posted this on Instagram yesterday. Posting here today so that everyone can see how ridiculous this situation is. I was the one who made the Alo purchase, in person, in Utah. When we got the call that Charlie had been shot, we rushed from the office and into the airplane. We arrived in Utah with nothing but the clothes we were wearing. We were in those clothes all day at the hospital and slept in them that night. The next morning, our friend Stacy handed me her card, and I went out and picked up some items and toiletries for various team members and Erika. Alo was down the street. Also, if you look closely at the video below, you will see that the photo of Erika’s account was taken at 12:14 pm on March 10. A week before the video was released. That’s not a coincidence. It’s a clear sign this was a planned, manufactured attack. To accuse Erika or anyone else of entertaining a “shopping spree” hours after her husband was brutally murdered is cruel and vicious.

I rented this Chevy Equinox EV during a work trip. Unfortunately, it has the CCS plug and the chargers at my hotel are only NACS.
I decided to use a Level 2 ChargePoint charger down the street. My plan was to plug in and let it charge overnight.
I scanned to start the charge using the ChargePoint pass on my iPhone wallet.
I didn’t check the fee until just now when I was looking to make sure the Equinox was still charging since the latch on the charger is broken.
The Energy Rate is $1.50/hr for electrons while the Station Rate for the first 4 hours is $0.00.
It’s a ~6.6kW charger so I’ll get about 24kWh for $6.00. After the first four hours, the Station Rate jumps to $10.00/hr.
You’ve got to be kidding me. What a scam. I’ll be unplugging just before the 4hrs expires.

And for the #teslarites who don’t understand 500 miles. Time is money. How long does it take to pump a tank of gas? 4-5 mins versus 30. Early last week I went up to the Yosemite area (about 300 miles.) I got up there, did my thing and got gas (5 mins) and drove back. With a Tesla. It would be drive up (maybe on one charge) charge up 20-30 mins, do my thing. Drive back, stop along the way to recharge (again probably another 20 mins…) That’s too long. 500 would be one recharge so it’s 10 mins gas versus 29-30 mins which I would consider.🤷🏼

The best thing we can do for our kids right now is to just let them be kids.
Kids are getting cell phones sooner than any generation before them, screen times are up while real human connection is down, and foundational skills aren’t being taught enough these days. We need to take a step back.
It’s why I just signed a bipartisan bill into law, requiring cursive handwriting to once again be taught in PA public schools. It’s also why I’ve called on the legislature to pass a bill requiring schools to both implement a bell-to-bell cell phone ban and guarantee recess for every Pennsylvania student.
Let’s continue our work to set young people on a path to success — and let our kids be kids.

This is the hardest thing I’ve ever had to write. I’m completely devastated. Last Friday, I️ was notified that my monetization had been paused. I’ve never once taken for granted the audience I’ve grown on this app and have thoroughly enjoyed the relationships I’ve built because of it. During this last period in which I️ was removed, I️ proposed to my girlfriend of 7 years. During this proposal trip, I️ stayed active online the entire time, which is nothing new. But now, after being denied and repeatedly called a spam account, with no way to plead my case, my last resort is to post here. Having to do this publicly feels so pathetic. I went to the exact same location of the Cybertruck accident shown in the Fox News video. This is the US-69/59 Eastex Freeway northbound HOV lane at the Y-split near the Eastex Park & Ride exit (approaching from downtown Houston toward Humble). In the Fox News video, the vehicle failed to follow the right curve, going straight into the barrier. Well, I tested it twice today with Tesla FSD engaged the entire time with zero human intervention. And unless you think I am a hologram speaking to you from another dimension now, it worked out really well. Here is the video of me taking the exact same curve twice, with Tesla FSD v14.2.2.5.

One time on FSD I reached into my back seat to soothe a crying baby. She was an inch out of reach so I stretched myself against the footwell to gain extra leverage. In the process, I accidentally pushed against the accelerator, overriding FSD and sending the car into a wall.
Just kidding. That never happened. But I’m pretty sure that’s exactly what happened to someone else in the media.
