They would never jeopardize what could be the biggest global scandal in our planet's history just so Karen in Kansas & Mike in Michigan can feel "heard" and have their complaints addressed in a timely manner. The stakes are too high. If the US & global allies pull this off, you will know. If it falls apart, you shouldn't have known in the first place cuz then you'd REALLY want to speak to a manager, um, your congressperson. This is solely need-to-know and guess what? I feel compelled to reiterate that a forensic audit and nationwide recount, or even a state-level recount is not only not realistic under our time constraints but it is also NOT NECESSARY. Hypothetically, should one work with any foreign adversary to interfere with a US election one is committing treason. If one committed an insurrection against one's own country, they also become ineligible to take the office of the President. Upon further research it's clear the Constitution provides for what happens should a president-elect be accused of treason, arrested due to an international warrant, or found to have been involved in an insurrection. In none of those instances is a recount of a tainted election on the table. The only realistic remedy is a new election. Congress can authorize this per the 20th Amendment. Local level recounts are a good thing and realistic, immediately after the election. Doing so a month later is not legally possible, if only for 3 words: Chain of custody. Each state must certify their election results & create their 7 Certificates of Ascertainment by December 11th. So, please, please, refocus your efforts and brain power AWAY from "Recount! Forensic AUDIT!" Neither will happen, nor do they need to. Any foreign interference invalidates the election. Any US citizen who assists said foreign adversary could be committing treason, amongst many other crimes.

1/2 Reminder for those who think the Dems have just been sitting back allowing election interference to happen. (R) James Lankford authored a bill in March of 2018 called the Election Security Act. It passed the House, went to the Senate, then was sent back to the House. It has been quashed ever since. Amy Klobuchar, another of the bill's authors, have tried to revive it many times, most recently in May of 2024, folks. EVERY TIME Republicans vote it down. Why? For funsies I looked up where someone is held if convicted of crimes by the ICC. They are typically imprisoned at one of the court's detention facilities. The primary detention center for the ICC is located in The Hague, Netherlands and is called the ICC Detention Centre.

I got Harris’s book today. I chose the audio version because she narrates it herself. Chapter 9. Whoa. It’s about her time on the Sen. Intelligence Comm & she describes her knowledge of the possibility of elections being hacked. Her knowledge is VAST. Back in 2017-18 she knew it was going to happen. Soon.
