They also need some kind of one way authorisation l that works for supporters clubs or people who take care of their F&F. You don’t even need a membership just an account to do it

@OhCheesesChrist @SeatGeek Massive loophole in the app ticket system. Tested it myself and had full access so someone else's tickets within seconds! They would never have known about it and all I needed to do was beat them to the turnstiles and scan their tickets!!

By knowing a fan's Supporter ID and just their surname or postcode, anyone can unauthorisedly view, download, and use their tickets without the owners knowledge. This has already resulted in legitimate ticket holders being turned away at both home and away matches because their tickets had already been scanned. ​The issue was deliberately kept quiet during the season to minimise disruption, but with the Premier League aiming for fully digital tickets next season, it must be prioritised over the summer. The risk is exacerbated by a club culture where fans have widely shared their Supporter IDs for ticket-forwarding purposes, and instances where Manchester United emails have inadvertently exposed this information. Every year, each #PremierLeague club publishes its Fan Engagement Plan for the season ahead. As we approach mid-season, it’s worth reviewing #MUFC’s pledges and asking whether we’ve actually seen meaningful change. Please review the pledges (see image or plan here issuu.com/manchester_uni…) before reading my comments below. I would also like to know your thoughts, both positive and negative. WE WILL LISTEN TO YOU AND IMPROVE YOUR EXPERIENCE - Queues at Old Trafford have been poor for much of the season. I struggle to think of anything the club has done to improve the matchday experience. If anything, it feels worse with NFC tickets. Concourse prices have risen significantly, which discourages fans from arriving early. I can’t comment on Leigh Sports Village, except that the transport links are poor. - A lot of focus has gone into the new stadium plans. More needs to be done to clearly separate and reflect the views of Season Ticket Holders, Members who attend games, Members who don’t, and the wider fanbase. I believe the club haven't done it this way because it doesn't suit their narrative. - I know the club continues to engage with FAB, FF, MUST and others, but that should be a given. I still don’t see clear improvements. Some may feel differently, but many won’t. I genuinely think the club sees these sessions as a tick-box exercise rather than as a way of listening to their views. This is no reflection on the people within these groups. WE WILL REWARD YOUR LOYALTY - Beyond being a Season Ticket holder and becoming Platinum next season, I’ve seen nothing that feels like a genuinely unforgettable or meaningful reward. Have any of you? Over the past two summers, when loyal supporters have been given the chance to play at Old Trafford, I've seen favouritism among attendees. - Adidas had spare tickets for the Wolves game 24 hours before kick-off, which ended up with Luke Littler. Why weren’t supporters given the opportunity first, or looked after by Adidas? - Where do fans actually feature in club content? Aside from maybe appearing in the Fan Engagement Plan itself, I’m not aware of supporters being represented in any meaningful United content. WE WILL GROW FAN COMMUNITIES ACROSS THE WORLD & WE WILL CELEBRATE OUR HERITAGE All five of these pledges should be fundamental to the club’s identity. They shouldn’t need to be promises in a Fan Engagement Plan at all. Maybe the club can come out and change my/your mind on these pledges and how they've improved upon them so far this season? Or is the Fan Engagement Plan just a check-box exercise... We've all seen how disconnected the club is with its fans.

@Mikec81united @OhCheesesChrist I was on this and booked hotel in brum after this canx. @AvantiWestCoast said 2245 will stop at Stafford and allow connection to a train from MAN to EUS. This is after I booked a hotel I can’t refund, To keep ticket validity I need to travel on first 2 trains of the day 🇾🇪

This is a prime example that flexibility is required with forwarding away tickets at #MUFC. People who were intending to travel back towards London after the game against Wolves this evening, were informed last night that their train is now cancelled after the match has finished. What should they do if they can't find alternative travel and can't stay over for the night? - Ticket goes unused, a waste - pass ticket on and risk a sanction It may not happen often but this is where common sense should prevail.
