@Wickes Really disappointed with @Wickes. Order placed Wednesday, only part delivered yesterday. Missing items were promised today between 7–13 and still no delivery. This is a tiny order of just 3 products — how is it being mishandled twice?

@Wickes I am trying to place an order for some garden supplies. 15 bags of top soil, 5 bags of bark chipping and compost. When I checked this morning the delivery was £4 but now this has increased to £35. Delivery in w7 west London. Any idea why this changed?

@StephenB000 @PeabodyLDN @StephenB000 I have been trying to sell mine since June 2023 but Peabody clearly favours selling new build over resale.Keep contacting them until you get what you want.I lost one buyer at the beginning of the year, and my second buyer is most likely gone as well because of them.

@PeabodyLDN last week I was on hold for 18 then 43 minutes & was told somebody from sales as I want to sell my shared ownership flat in Fulham would call me back & they haven’t can that be arranged please as I don’t want to hold on yet again

@PeabodyLDN No DM was received, but I've already raised an official complaint since nothing seems to be happening with my sale. If the homeownership approvals team takes so long to reply to enquiries, I sincerely suggest the efficiency of this team needs reviewing.

@rainbowland1979 @PeabodyLDN @HousingOmbuds @RSHEngland No I haven’t yet. I believe @HousingOmbuds takes quite a while to review any complaints. I just can’t believe Peabody takes so long.. their resale brochure indicates a sale to complete within 9-12 weeks; I’m currently at week 22!

@Yerun_ @LostInSW19 @PeabodyLDN I’ve been here. I lost multiple buyers over six years. My share is now being repurchased by my HA after a looooong fight. Might not be enough to stave off bankruptcy as heels are still being dragged. Look into buyback/downward staircasing, expect resistance. Best of luck. ✊🏻

@LostInSW19 @PeabodyLDN Tell me about it. It’s been with an estate agent since February and found a buyer early March, but Peabody have been too slow. Enquiries have been left unanswered since 11 April as the homeownership team had to provide these replies. I’m just so annoyed and angry with them.
