I really wish Tesla would do something for early adopters... whether that's a meaningful discount on a new Tesla or, even better, letting us transfer FSD for life to future vehicles. We believed in the vision early. It'd be nice to see that loyalty recognized.

@JonBbC_TechGeek Mine kept the car awake constantly and wouldn’t let it sleep. They are definitely buggy.

Tesla service installed the powered trunk retrofit on my 2019 Model 3, but it doesn’t work half the time. The trunk won’t close all the way and the power latch can’t lock down. Even worse is it will sometimes close half way and vibrate loose to open the trunk while I’m driving. I have another service appointment scheduled to address this, but I’m curious if anyone else has had this issue before.

@SnazzyLabs Some of these are accurate, some are misleading. Ride quality you haven’t ridden in both so how would you compare? It has less range, less efficient, slower, and more expensive. If you need more space it edges out the Tesla sure.

I’m sure the Model Y L is a great car. But I would just like to suggest that if you’re okay with CarPlay, a crappy mobile app, and no FSD, a Kia EV9 is a much better choice. It’s faster, has more room, better seats, better ride quality, faster charging, bigger battery, and yeah.

The worst part about FSD is the absolutely ratchet routing Tesla’s nav does. FSD itself is great but it goes the dumbest way possible like half the time.

@michaewlewis @Weichaus @JSX423 Literally just change the profile. It’s that simple. Stop over thinking it. The car detecting the wrong speed limit is a bug not an issue with profiles. Also driving too slow is also a safety risk let’s not forget.

Profiles suck. I have hw4. It's fine until the car thinks the speed limit is 45 instead of 55. Or if you're cruising through neighborhoods looking at Christmas lights and want to go 5mph and not have to keep your eyes on the road. Or you're driving through Yellowstone and want to see the sites without speeding past them. Or you want to go a steady 72 mph instead of 70 or 80 because you don't get a choice.

Stop praising V14Lite until you use it. You do not know what you are giving up with speed control....
